We build long term real estate client relationships, utilizing our knowledge and expertise to help you buy, sell or lease properties and land across Durham Region, the Greater Toronto Area and beyond!
CYNTHIA DEMCZAK
Real Estate Agent & Marketing Expert
Connecting with Buyers, Sellers and other Agents over the years has always been Cynthia’s key strength. She enjoys helping clients analyze market data and various properties on the market. Cynthia thrives on networking and research to source the best service providers and has developed a network to meet every client’s needs (e.g., stagers, contractors, home cleaners, photographers, videographers, and moving services).
Cynthia grew up in several different places across Ontario – so she knows first-hand the moving process – and strives to make it as seamless as possible for every client! From living in Cornwall, to Midland, Terrace Bay, Kenora, Timmins, St. Catharines, Hamilton, Copenhagen and across Toronto she is now living in Pickering near Frenchman’s Bay. A true people-person, Cynthia has a way of putting people at ease and enjoys helping clients every step of the way.
PAUL DEMCZAK
Real Estate Agent & Urban Planner
For almost a decade, homeowners and real estate investors have reached out to Paul for his expertise to grow their real estate portfolio and assist them with every real estate need. With a passion for real estate, Paul’s first real estate land investment was at the age of 20 and has ranged over the years from residential, land, income and cottage properties. With his easygoing approach and keen eye, he has provided valuable and financially sensible advice for many clients over the years to make smart real estate decisions.
Paul grew up in Durham Region in Ajax and Whitby and also lived in Waterloo and downtown Toronto. He currently lives in Pickering near Frenchman’s Bay. After graduating at the University of Waterloo with an Urban Planning degree in 2008, Paul worked extensively in both the public and private sector in planning and development as well as within the real estate industry. He is also a Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP) and a Registered Professional Planner (RPP).
Paul has also provided essential due diligence for a range of clients making real estate investment decisions. (e.g., severances, minor variances, zoning amendments)
